Let's make sure we address the "-,100%" problem described here:

http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewcvs/lmi/lmi/ledger_text_formats.cpp?r1=1.21&r2=1.22

https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?func=detailitem&item_id=13856

e.g., by using the same format routine for this task.

Show more information on calculation summary--the simple output
that quickly appears on the screen whenever an illustration is
run. Print preview gives full information, but takes several
seconds due to fancy formatting, and that slows users down and
breaks their concentration on case designs requiring multiple
iterations. The information required varies by context and is
expected to change as new business needs arise. Users have said
"don't pretty it up": formatting is not important. Needs can vary
more rapidly than development can respond, so consider a user-
configurable solution.
