This would require

  • some knowledge of BSD
  • the fuse kernel file system or something similar in the BSD kernel (as far as I know it is work in progress)
  • knowledge about how to acces this file system from userspace
  • add some BSD-specific code to davfs2

Besides lack of BSD-knowledge I have not enough time for this and this will not change for at least the next two years.

Somebody else willing and able? I could be of assistance as far as the davfs2 code is concerned.
