I will modify osip_trace_initialize_func to return an 0
when trace are enabled and -1 when disabled!

Thus, instead of the macro, you can call directly osip_trace_initialize which is always available.

Sorry for not replying earlier: I didn't get the notification...

commit will come soon.

As TRACE_INITIALIZE is only ever called once it would be nice if it returned it's current state, ie either enabled or disabled.

This is just a nice one so I can determine if I need to recompile the libs I have to get tracing info.
