The "reload" text has been added to the development branch of sysv.

init(8) (at least as of Debian 2.88dsf-32) currently has:

"Q or q tell init to re-examine the /etc/inittab file."

This should be changed to state "... re-examine (reload) ..."
to allow quick search operations to hit the target.
