Hello,

I tried to use uisp for an ATtiny13 and it didn't work.
Is it because its default frequency is too hight ?

The default frequency of the ATmega16 is 1Mhz. If I program
the fuses for a 8 Mhz frequency, will I be able to use uisp
to program it after that ?

Thank you.
