spamass-milter uses spamc to communicate with spamd. spamc has an option for exactly that: -s <max_message_size>

When you start spamass-milter, everything after "--" in the
parameters will be passed on to spamc, so you might use something
like

spamass-milter -P /var/run/milter/spamass-milter.pid -p inet:1053@0.0.0.0 -f -r 11 -m -i 127.0.0.0/8 -- -s 150000

This would make spamc skip (i.e., accept) all mails having a
size greater than 150.000 bytes.
