Create a multicast DNS module that can be optionally compiled into an application that provides the functionality of 'multiple response' and 'continuous query' for multicast DNS for LwIP applications.

Refer to section 6.2 and 6.3 in above document.

This functionality would enable LWIP applications to not only resolve .local host names on LANs without the need to update or manage a DNS server, but also enables the application to 'listen' for multicast DNS changes and multiple responses. For example finding devices that offer specific services on the local network.

Macs by default and Windows/Linux machines can be easily configured to respond to mDNS queries.
