Proof of concept script 'buffer_swap' has been added to my scripts repository: https://github.com/FiXato/weechat_scripts

The https://raw.github.com/FiXato/weechat_scripts/master/buffer_swap.py script allows for 2 buffers, specified by buffer numbers, to be swapped with for example: /swap 3 5

Still, it would be nice if the behaviour could be added to WeeChat itself. :)

To swap the position of two buffers, a '/buffer swap N1 N2' - or similiar - command would be nice to have.
