Table widgets can currently not be edited. They can only be used to display tabular or array data. QT provides functionality for editing the data, and we should implement this in our Table widget. There are many practical applications, such as editing geometrical data (changing the coordinates of a single point), mesh connectivity data, material model data, etcetera.
