Yes, I think that so small files like README shouldn't be seriously licensed

They are copyrightable; even though they are small, their distribution without proper licensing may result in serious troubles for your users, up to imprisonment.

Approving.

Okay, I'll add "or later" to the end of the name in LICENSE

> I can see that you used WTFPL for some files; does it imply that you don't really care of licensing?

Yes, I think that so small files like README shouldn't be seriously licensed

Thank you!

Could you be more explicit in LICENSE that the files are under GPLv3 or later, not just GPLv3?

I can see that you used WTFPL for some files; does it imply that you don't really care of licensing?

There also was an issue with LICENSE.

Could you fix it all and attach the whole tarball?

Should I do anything more?

 I can include a notice as data to package.json e.g. {"_notice": "...
Will it be a real copyright notice?

I think it will; after all, the language of the source code defines the actual form of comments with notices ("# Copyright..." vs "// Copyright..." vs "{ Copyright... }").

Or you could consider putting it in a separate file like LICENSE, depending on the typical usage of that file.

What about the fullness of the notices, I think that's enough, but if it's necessary, I'll complete them

This is not a requirement, this is a recommendation.

Unfortunately, the formats I use don't support any comments and I can't include it. But, I can include a notice as data to package.json e.g. {"_notice": "...
Will it be a real copyright notice?

package.json lacks copyright and licensing notices; the wording in LICENSE suggests that all files (at least, the images and sounds that have no licensing notices embedded) are GPLv3-only (Savannah requires GPLv3+ compatibility), and it fails to include any copyright notices for those files. Could you fix that?

Also, it's recommended to use the full licensing notice in the form provided in https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html ("This program is free software: you can redistribute it ... If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.")
