Mac OSX has its own version of Libtool which is different from GNU's Libtool. Therefore the Libtool command that BuildProgram runs does not work on Mac OSX. As a result for the time being, if GNU Libtool is not found on the host, BuildProgram will not be built and Mac OSX users without GNU Libtool (also known as `glibtool' on Mac OSX) won't have it as part of Gnuastro.
The call to Libtool should be modified (as much as possible), so it operates with Mac OSX Libtool also. I am not too familiar with Mac's implementation of Libtool, so I am not sure if this is possible at all or not. Especially since Gnuastro's internal GNU Libtool implementation produces the main `.la' file that BuildProgram passes onto the host's Libtool. But if it is possible, it would be great to allow Mac OSX users with no GNU Libtool to also benefit from BuildProgram.
