ComplexChebyCoeff currently has two Real-valued ChebyCoeff members, one each for Real and Imag parts. Unfortunately this design prevents direct assignment of Complex variables to elements (f[n] = z). You have to write f.set(n,z) instead. ComplexChebyCoeff should be redesigned around an array of Complexes to allow f[n] = z.

This change would touch a good amount of code. I'm not clear on the ramifications for code that accesses the Real and Imag ChebyCoeffs within ComplexChebyCoeff. Can all such calls be converted easily? On the other hand it's a conceptually simple modification.
