The integration will be first implemented in the Qt Editor. In fact, most of the terrain API uses PSIobjapi already. Also, prototype management and instance creation is ready.

Currently, PSIsdl implements its own datastructures for mapdata and objects.
We need:
- an integration of PSIobjapi into PSIsdl
- terrain data must be converted from psi_terrain_t into
PSIsdl/OpenGL datatypes
- object data must NOT be represented as PSIsdl datatypes. Use
psi_object_t et al. datatypes
- networking via PSIroads must be implemented eventually as well
