I don't find any more blockers, but in general you should only upload files with modified license text if this is ok by the copyright holder.

I am sorry but this project cannot be hosted by Savannah in its current state. A considerable part of it is licensed under GPL without the "or any later" option, which is mandatory for Savannah hosting. https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly

So you would need to ask the copyright holder, SGI, for relicensing before we can approve it.

A set of tools for manipulating extended attributes on file system objects, in particular getfattr(1) and setfattr(1). Also includes the libattr.so dynamic library, which contains extended attribute library functions.
