Autojoin syntax is the same as "JOIN" command in IRC protocol: syntax is from RFC, and will not be changed.

Now it is possible to save/apply layout (order of buffers), so it should not be a problem to join channels in wrong order.

The positional way that the servername.server_autojoin config setting works is a little un-intuitive, especially if you want your channels in a certain order.

I would like to suggest the following syntax:
server_autojoin = "#channel1 key1, #channel2 key2, #channel3 key3"

Rather than requiring all keys listed at the end after a space.
