Frame update should only be performed for actually drawn objects. I think it can be done for all drawn objects with only one method call to StopWatch::elapsedSeconds() per cycle.

By now I've just added the possibility to do no frame update at all. This should make things faster when there is a lot of objects, and is ok for some worlds.
