the void tile type was removed because it was half baked.  dungeons need a tile that other army units can't walk on.  e.g. the dungeon walls.

make a MapGenerator class that makes a dungeon map.

we will need to make an abstract class that gets implemented by the MapGenerator object as it stands now, and the new DungeonMapGenerator.

also, the new-map-dialog needs to change to allow the user to make a dungeon map instead of a regular overland map.

the dungeon map generator should have a "grass" tileset that is brick.

dungeons have water features, and hill features that are rubbled brick.

mountains/green grass/forest can be seen at the dungeon entrance and exits.
