Given the macro SEARDUINO_LOOP it is possible to pause* the Arduino code when running on a local PC.

It would be rather easy to have a digital input pin assigned (and configurable) for checking if the code should sleep**

*) in this context it means sleep for a short while and see if we should continue, if not sleep again.....

**) in this context a sleep means wasting CPU by busy waiting on the pin
