Hi Antonio,

I have approved your project as non-GNU.  You will receive an
automated e-mail containing detailed information about the approval.

We sent an email to the GNU Eval team to evaluate the inclusion of
your project in the GNU project, from this point you have speak with
them.

Hi Antonio,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Please, send the tarball to my email account(you can get it from <a href="https://savannah.gnu.org/users/Zeus">my
Savannah user page</a>).

Before send the tarball, consider that in order to release your
project properly and unambiguously under the GPL, please place
copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning
of every file of source code.

In addition, if you haven't already, please include a
copy of the plain text version of the GPL, available from
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt, into a file named "COPYING".

For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html.

The GPL FAQ explains why these procedures must be followed.  To learn
why a copy of the GPL must be included with every copy of the code, for
example, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#WhyMustIInclude.

Jonathan Gonzalez V. <zeus>

Description:
------------
mi2ly is a program to convert midi files to the source language of the
GNU Lilypond program. The program is intended for the translation
of multi part single voice music, each track/channel is assumed to contain a single voice. Future support is planned for chords.
The program tries to understand if the notes are slurred or staccato.
The quantization routines understan triplets and duins and it is easy to implement other n-plets if necessary.
The program is written in ANSI-C uses only the standard ansi C library
plus getopt and strdup and altough still alpha and buggy is already
complete and functional.
The tar-ball is small (35k) and I would like to send it by email.

Other Software Required:

Standard ANSI C library, getopt, strdup
