Now we have

perltsp from Pierre MALLARD which is SWIG based
pytsp from Julien BRUTUS which is SWIG based
rubytsp from Stephane GALLES which is XMLRPC based

I think we should go all for XML-RPC as soon as
the XLM-RPC command channel is in CVS for GOOD.
SWIG based script binding entail portability.

First tsp_consumer binding for perl was contributed by
Pierre MALLARD
see perltsp CVS module.

We need to be able to use TSP with scripting languages.
Forseen use will be on the consumer side for being
able to read/write TSP symbols from script.

Note that we need tsp_sample_read and tsp_sample_write
first though...
