The DDM services were first implemented as HLA 1.3. I see in syntax.yy that dimensions can only exist in named routing spaces, so it looks like it's still 1.3. (In 1516 you'd have only one default routing space, probably not named, I think you'd just list the dimensions).

in CERTI.

Since HLA 1.3 specs were subject to criticism, IEEE-1516
may have been chosen.
Explain why HLA 1.3 has not been chosen.

Understand those services semantic.
Are they useful anymore?
