Over which GUI are you talking about?

I can confirm this with 2-5-28n (PPC Mac OS X 10.36). The vd output of the GUI is wrong. Output of uploaders and downloaders also is incorrect.

Hi.
I have an ADSL line, with approximately 256 kbps downstream, 128 kbps upstream.
I therefore set my upload and download rates to 30 (download) and 12 (upload).
I set it through the web interface.
I was strangely having a constant download rate of 12 k/s.
I tried setting my upload rate to 30 k/s and suddenly my download speed is maxed out (26 k/s or so)...
I ask myself.. is the GUI or the daemon confounding these two values?

Thank you
