MiMMS now uses libmms for all of it's MMS protocol backend communications. Until libmms supports mmsu (MMS over UDP), it will almost surely never be supported in MiMMS.
I suggest to take it up with the libmms folks, at <http://sourceforge.net/projects/libmms> -- if it gets into libmms, MiMMS will support it! =)
