Bugs that were causing the tests to fail (and thus hang, due to test harness quirkiness) are now fixed.

It seems to work fine with monotone 0.16
and a 2.4. kernel.

gcc-Version 3.3.4 (Debian 1:3.3.4-6sarge1)
Linux version 2.6.8-powerpc

monotone 0.14-1
make check

it can lead to hangs in tests 22 and 26.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they hang and then they
can only be interrupted.

(e.g. at:
22: t_netsync.at:3 exchanging work via netsync
26: t_singlenetsync.at:3 single manifest netsync
)
