We have a buggy RPC server (TSP provider) behaviour
under Linux.

1) From time to time (not 100% repeatable)
The provider (either Stub or BB) start OK
accept consumer connection but never succeed
to sent any data to any consumer

2) TSP_provider_end() gives 'core dump' on either
stub_server or BB provider.
