Its not a bug, its a feature through patch 3297:

which is incorporated in the patchpack.

hi,
i get a strange error when trying to save the "default_incoming" aka "incoming_directory" path from the web-interface and the console, even if i edit the variable in downloads.ini! it's always set to "0", seems as there are some variables mixed up, maybe "incoming_priority" or something like that? the sancho gui doesn't display the input field for "incoming_directory" at all, after updating....
