When command line options are supplied, the GUI is not utilized.

If crack-attack is compiled with support for the gtk-gui, then the command line options do nothing.

If there is support for the GUI, I think we should add another command line option that disables the GUI. Also, if options are set by the command line, but the gui is not disabled, they should be used as appropriate. IE, if we set the name, the name should show up. If we specify information for a networked game, those settings should appear with the GUI.

This will be easier to implement once we have a generic preferences interface that the GUI can attack to. That way the command line parser just sets them and we don't have to worry about a whole bunch of extra coding.
