Kernel: kernel-2.6.9-1.6_FC2
Cpu: 1.4GHz celeron
Having 7 large (2GB) concurrent torrent downloads, CPU idle state regularly goes to 0% causing intermittent freezing of other applications. When I temporarily disable bittorrent, things go back to normal.
Output from top during a 'freeze' shows cpu spends most time in a wait state. Also, memory usage is quite high.
