Fixed iom32.h and iom16.h (as mentioned in comment by Scott Price).

If there are other headers that need it, then open up a new bug report.

This is also true for the Mega16. It may be for others as well.

In the header file <iom32.h> for the ATMega32 the signal names for serial communication are SIG_UART_xxxx while in fact the Mega32 has a USART interface rather than a UART.
Maybe these should be changed to SIG_USART_xxxx (while preserving the old names for compatibility reasons for some time, as Joerg Wunsch suggested)
