Not enough information. Probably a memory leak problem.

If you use mldonkey under a user account (not root) and the system crashes, the problem is your hardware or the Linux kernel.

From time to time after about ~ 5 hours of running,
mldonkey kills the kernel with a nice message.
I cannot copy this msg cause i don't want to copy 2 pages with hex codes?!

I use Slackware Linux and the newest mldonkey (with gui prot 3).

I cannot say anymore about this and I don't wan't to test it out - while i'am using my linux as an router for my homenet and is need to be up all the time.
