ctrl+F6 is a substitute for ctrl+tab and then ctrl+shift+f6 is a substitute for ctrl+shift+tab. Also Alt+W, 2, is a substitute for ctrl+tab.

In linux console tab is ctlr+i and there is no shift+tab, suggestion:
1. Fix ctrl+i to be kbTab and find a substitution for incremental search
2. Attach ctrl+kI, ctrl+kU to be indent/unindent
3. ctrl+kF could be incremental search

More suggestions:
ctrl+k: -- turn on column block mode
ctrl+kz -- suspend (unix suspend), this when suspend is implemented
ctrl+ky -- delete
