This is fixed in the current source repository and will be part of the next release.

I like to run synaptic maximized, but when i close it and reopen it, it isn't in maximized state anymore. The window also is a bit to large, you can see that the close-button is partly offscreen.
Can it be fixed so that it saves the windowstate when closing and restore it to that state when opening?
