strtod returns with the same no conversion performed condition if the input string is'0', '0.0', '0e0' or 'cupcake'. But the string '0e1' returns with a conversion complete condition. All the referenced inputs return a correct value of 0. The no conversion complete condition is indicated by nptr and *endptr being equal and the returned value equal to 0. Note that the presently the endptr high and low bytes are swapped (see the other bug on this subject).
