Revision libraries have been removed, so the section is much simpler now. Should be in ArX-2.2.3

Should give the user guidance about when they should start to think about these. When they have 1000 revisions? When certain operations become "slow"? Never for a small project? Weekly for an active project? Concurrent with each published release?

Definitely need to say when the user would want a pristine tree (if ever), and when they would instead prefer a revision library (if ever).

A one-sentence summary would be perfect. Something like: "A reasonable rule of thumb would be to create a pristine library each time a release is tagged."
