This is exactly what happened. We've run the file through the appropriate filters and changed it to install an actual manpage. This will be fixed in the next release. Thank you.

The man page is not very readable with the man
command because it is in XML.
This was observed in version 1.1.13.

man crack-attack

It should be put into standard man page format.
Perhaps you forgot to compile it or pass it
through XSLT?
