I'm testing libeXosip with two PCs running kernel 2.6.8 and 2.6.9

PC1 <=============================> PC2
eth0: 1234:1234::1/64 wlan0: 1234:1234::2/64

eth0 and wlan0 => wireless interfaces

PC1:
ip addr add 1234:1234::1/64 dev eth0
ip route add ::/0 via eth0

PC2:
ip addr add 1234:1234::2/64 dev wlan0
ip route add ::/0 via wlan0

==> PC1 sends an invite to PC2.
==> PC2 ethereal packets log on attached file.
==> the responses are sent to localhost...

I'm not testing a lot IPv6 support. Do you have a log showing the error? (also provide OS and all ipv6 interface of your host)

When I receive an IPv6 invite message, I can't answer it. All messages are sent to loopback interface.
