when a constant digit prifix with zero(0), it is an octal constant declaration, not a decimal.

04000U equal to 0x0800, it is not a bug.

In file sockets.c O_NONBLOCK is used as bit field:
if (((flags & MSG_DONTWAIT) || (sock->flags & O_NONBLOCK))

but in file socket.h it is defined as decimal
#define O_NONBLOCK 04000U

I think it should be 0x4000
