graveman converts iso8859-15 filenames to utf8 when burning a data CD (and probably when burning data DVD as well). The environmental variable LC_CTYPE is set to an iso8859-15 encoding (as should be) and the character set option in graveman's prefences has been tested both with "Default" and with "ISO 8859-15" with the same result. The specific characters I have had this behaviour with is the swedish characters åäö, but i suspect it applies to all non-ASCII characters.

For instance the filename åäö would be converted to åäö (I hope the characters get shown correctly in your browsers).

To reproduce:
1. Start graveman and add a file with any "odd" characters encoded according to iso8859-15 to the list.
2. Burn!
3. The resulting CD will have the filename converted to utf8
