gnome.ui should get built if you have libgnome and orbit-python installed. Do you have both?

I've got the right versions of gnome-python and pygtk, so I'm not sure why it doesn't find ui. I imagine that this is a problem with my setup, but i can't figure it out. any ideas? I'm running gentoo.
