I just add a feature to ascii_writer to optionnaly
enabling unicity checking and filtering.

If tsp_ascii_writer is invoked with '-n' option
he will try to prune sample config from duplicate.
It will stop with an error if ever a duplicate
with non-matching phase and period is found.

The library (ascii_writer lib) function to do this
is:
tsp_ascii_writer_make_unique

Bug reported by Julien BRUTUS.

When specifiying duplicate symbol in the tsp_ascii_writer
config file the ascii_writer does not simplify output
and output the symbol value as many times as it occurs in the
config file.

Not really sure it a bug, but we may add command line and
API options to avoid duplicates in output or reject duplicate
symbols in config file.
