The documentation for <avr/delay.h> ought to be more explicit
about stating that these inline functions require compile-time
constant expressions in order to work correctly, as otherwise,
floating-point calculations will be used at run-time that not
only increase the code size but also drastically blow up the
setup overhead of the loops.
