Now the blacklisting is moved to xgnokii. You can safely use gnokii to handle the things you intend to.

I've done a step on. I successfully connected my phone to PC using AT driver. My mistake was leaving port=/dev/ttyS1 instead port=/dev/ircomm0. With AT driver I can only manage phonebook, SMS and few other. I can't manage telephone settings, files, ringtones, logos, ecc.
Now I'm waiting for developers implement driver for my phone to enjoy all the functionalities.

Exactly, what should I try or looking for to solve this inconvenience? I tried with AT driver getting the same issues. According to the message got in the log, the problem is on the phone series. May a phone software update solve it?
I apologize for my stupid questions but I don't have any idea to solve this inconvenience.

Thx

The problem is described in the message you got in the log:

Sorry, this function is known to break your phone (Nokia phones series 40 v1).
Refusing to do it. You may try to use AT driver. If you are brave enough to
test the driver anyway, please contact developers at gnokii-users@nongnu.org.

I see the connection between phone and pc typing irdadump.
Typing "gnokii --eachoption" I get the same issue (show in the attached file and Object of this bug).
I tried to disable SElinux but the problem keeps on.
What is the real problem?

my ~/.gnokiirc file is:

port = /dev/ttyS1
model = 6510
initlength = default
connection = irda
use_locking = no
serial_baudrate = 19200
smsc_timeout = 10
[gnokiid]
bindir = /usr/sbin/
[connect_script]
TELEPHONE = 338xxxxxxx
[disconnect_script]
[logging]
debug = on
rlpdebug = off
xdebug = off

My system:
O.S.: Fedora Core 4 kernel 2.6.12-1.1447_FC4
Mobile Phone: Nokia 7250i
irda device: actisys 210 on MoBo irda ready (Gigabyte 7vt880)
connection: irda

THX for your help
