Fixed.
We now start GLU thread at the end
of TSP_provider_run.
OK with stub_server and bb_provider.
Needs testing though.

In the past we decided that the first
consumer connection will trigger the 'real'
GLU_thread start-up.
(may be because of the double ringbuf between
GLU_thread and datapool thread which Dufy
get rid of some time ago)

cf src/core/ctrl/tsp_provider.c:449
if(TSP_session_create_symbols_table_by_channel(req_sample, ans_sample))
{
ans_sample->status = TSP_STATUS_OK;
firstGLU->start(firstGLU); /* FIXME Y.D : Why start now the thread */
}

I think that if GLU is ACTIVE the thread should
be launch by TSP_provider_run call.
