I'm moving this to the wish list and closing it. It can be reopened if someone volunteers to design (and implement) this feature.

MH-E added identities which makes it easy to set header fields depending on context.

For components files, the use of different MH commands is probably sufficient (for example, comp-home versus comp-work whose profile components point to different components files).

However, header fields and signatures can vary depending on the sender of a message being replied to.

Eventually, a new MH-E manual which describes this capability will be added to http://mh-e.sourceforge.net/manual/. Look there when it arrives for more detail.
