Confirmed, 0.25 has didn't restore vt settings.

---
$ ./monotone-0.25-linux-x86 -d foo.mtn genkey xxx
monotone: generating key-pair 'xxx'
enter passphrase for key ID [xxx]: monotone: interrupted
|i686| zbigg@home:/home/zbigg/projects/monotone/sandbox/0.25
$ -bash: foo: command not found
---

On monotone 0.47/linux it restores vt settings correctly.

---
|i686| zbigg@home:/home/zbigg
$ mtn genkey foo
enter passphrase for key ID [foo] (...): mtn: operation canceled: Interrupt

|i686| zbigg@home:/home/zbigg
$ aaaaaa
-bash: aaaaaa: command not found
|i686| zbigg@home:/home/zbigg

Obviously, the vt state is not restored to "sane" values on interruption.

Didn't tested on more places, but it probably also happens on other ocasions when monotone asks for "secret input".

Steps to reproduce:

1) Have some key with a pass phrase
2) "monotone serve '*'"
3) monotone asks for pass phrase
4) user uses Ctrl+C to interrupt
5) monotone quits, but shell doesn't echo keys

Obviously, the vt state is not restored to "sane" values on interruption.

Didn't tested on more places, but it probably also happens on other ocasions when monotone asks for "secret input".
