bug #16363: bootloader funcitons don't work AT90can128 (and other 128 parts) because boot.h doesn't use extended versions of macros

This has already been fixed more than a month ago, I just
didn't remember there was a bug report open for it as well.

in boot.h use of the extended bootloader macros (to address flash > 64k bytes) depends on the line
#if (FLASHEND > USHRT_MAX) && (__USING_MINT8)

However, at least for the AT90can128, __USING_MINT8 is defined ends up defined as zero, so the wrong functions are used, which means that bootladers using these functions don't work.
