When receiving an UDP packet from PPP, ip_input() is rejecting the packet ("ip_input: packet not for us.") even when the PPP interface is actually UP. Adding a call to netif_set_up() in ppp.c:sifup() seems to solve the problem. I am using version 1.1.1.
