Created!

Behaviour is not yet perfect in case no project was created in a new (or empty) dir, but at least it's possible to switch project directories :-)

I admit it looks like the project manager only manages one project due the existence of the "Song - Audio Sources manager" buttons.

A much better layout should be created, however, I wonder if there is much need for it right now.

For example, importing audio sources can be done directly from the TrackView, and there's probably much more to integrate, removing the need for a better Project/Song management widget and ultimately improving the experience and speed of managing your projects....

A "Select project dir" button is indeed a good thing to have though, will create one :-)

I completely misunderstood the meaning of the project directory. It seems to work ok the way you described it. But nevertheless it should be possible to open projects from outside this directory as well, as you mention.

Right now, Traverso knows about one project directory.
All the projects in that directory should be listed automatically in the project manager!
This is done by naming all the first level directories from the project dir.
If this fails, well.... Weird :-)
Could you send me your project dir? (without the sound/peak files please!)

I suppose you mean with "load a project from file" would be in fact selecting a different project dir?
This would indeed be nice, all the projects in that dir will then show up in the Project manager....

A "load project from file" button, could indeed prove handy if you have project files scattered all over your harddisk :-)
Will look into this.

The list of projects in the project manager is usually empty. Furthermore, a button "load project from file", which opens a file dialog to select a project file would be handy.
