In 0.26, "revert --missing" works to revert missing files. It appears to the user that the --missing option stands in place of the optional path specifier, much like a `mtn ls missing`.

In 0.27, "revert --missing" prints a usage message, and you have to specify "revert --missing ." instead.

I presume this is a consequence of the new restrictions code, so I'm giving it to dscherger for initial investigation.
