does this bug still exist? there has been a lot of work since this time on windoze related issues... i'm closing this out because there's no email attached to the message and it can just be re-opened after testing against latest cvs please.

When that is done, one gets the error:
"OSError: [Errno 16] Device or resource busy removing"
